Yes. HLS Maritime Academy is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We provide a tax receipt for every gift, and our federal EIN is available on request from development@HLSMaritime.org.

HLS Maritime Academy is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, with shore-side classroom and simulator facilities plus a growing Floating Campus of training vessels operating from the Jacksonville & Clay County port areas and along the St Johns river.

Absolutely. Vessel donations are central to our model, and we also accept marine equipment, tools, navigation electronics, safety gear, and other in-kind contributions. We provide IRS-compliant donation paperwork for all gifts. Contact development@HLSMaritime.org to discuss a potential donation.
